HOW TO BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE

"Low self-confidence isn't a life sentence. Self-confidence can be learned, practiced, and mastered--just like any other skill. Once you master it, everything in your life will change for the better." --Barrie Davenport

Hi Guys! Today I'm bringing you a diferent kind of blog post, as you may have read on the title of the post this is about how to be more confident ( how to build it). When I was small I wasn't, not even a little confident. I always cared on what onther people thought about me, and I basicly wasn't myself. As I grew up so did my confidence,I realiced that the only thing you need to be worried about is what YOU think about your self, if you like what you are gearing not if someone will like it.

Confident people are usually admired by other people, either friends, family or just people that know them. They know that no matter how many obstacle come in their ways they will be able to pass them. Self-Confidenbt people also tend to see the possitive things even though when things aren't going that well in their lifes.

Wouldn't be awsome to be like this twenty-four seven? Well that is actually posible so if you are interested on knowing how just keep reading.

1- Stay out of negativity and people that make you feel bad and bring the positiviity

Okey this is a tough one because you will need to sit down and think about who bring you negativity and who bring you positivity, while doing thiss you'll see that maybe you need to get new friends, if you don't find no one that brings you negativity that's truly great because that meens that you are surrounded of positivity and the prosses will be much easier.

2- Identify YOUR Talents

Everyone is good at something, so discover the things at which you excel on, and then focus on your talents. Express yourself, whether it's through art, music, writing, or dance. Find something you enjoy and cultivate a talent to go with your interest.

  • Adding a variety of interests or hobbies to your life will not only make you more confident, but it will increase your chances of meeting good friends as well.

  • When you're following your passion, not only will it have a therapeutic effect, but you'll feel unique and accomplished, all of which can help build your self-confidence.

3- Look in the mirror and smile.

Studies surrounding what's called the "facial feedback theory" suggest that the expressions on your face can actually encourage your brain to register emotions. So by looking in the mirror and smiling every day, you might feel happier with yourself and more confident in the long run. This will also help you feel happier about your appearance, and to accept the way you look.

4- Don't accept failure and get rid of the negative voices in your head

Never give up. Never accept failure. There is a solution to everything. If you are constantly saying you're not good enough, aren't attractive enough, aren't smart enough or athletic enough, and on and on, you are creating an Un-Confident and negative person. You are becoming what you are thinking, and saying to your inside of your head, and that's not good. The next time you hear that negativity in your head, switch it immediately to a positive affirmation and keep doing that.

5- Create a great list

Life is full of challenges and there are times when it's difficult to keep our self-confidence up. Sit down right now and make a list of all the things in your life that you are thankful for, and another list of all the things you are proud of accomplishing. Once your lists are complete, post them on your refrigerator door, on the wall by your desk, on your bathroom mirror somewhere where you can easily be reminded of what an amazing life you have and what an amazing person you really are.
