If you read my blog post, about my new year resolutions for 2018, one of them was to be healthier, although I think that I am pretty healthy (defenetly the most healthy of all my family) I wanted to imrove the things I'm doing wrongs, maybe start to incorporate new things and ideas to my lifestyle. I saw a lot of videos and blog posts saying that they wanted to get healthier for this new year but they didn't know how to start or where to start from. That's why I decided to tell you guys some tips I used when I first started my healthy lifestyle.

One year ago I was sitting on my bed thinking, scrolling through instagram and I saw a picture of the teen with a Calvin Klain sport bra and shorts, she was thin and beautifull, and I aid to myself I wanted to have that body, I wanted to be like her, I wanted to be thin. So I decided to watch videos, and reading blogs, and posts about have to be healthy. So I started to built my healthy lifestyle. I started eating healthier, leaving the junk food, as well as working out more. And I started discovering some tips on how to "stay motivated" and to eat healthy, etc.

So today I will reveal some of those tips;

TIP N°1: At the beggining you'll be like," yeah, today is going to be an awsome day I'll eat healthy I'll work out, etc" Then some days will pass and you'll be like "well it doesn't hurt anyone if I don't workout today," "Oh, it wouldn't hurt me to

eat this, oh it wouldn't hurt me if I eat that" And it will be the end of the month and you'll be like "¡S**T!" You'll never want to workout if you do this to yourself, so what I did was an inspiration board, I printed pictures of fitted people, some inspiration quotes and do like a collage and put it where you workout so that you'll see that and feel motivated. Also write down at leats 5 goals you want to achive with these workout lifestyle you'll buit and put it with the collage. You'll feel inpirated and motivated to work out. What I do is I workout during the whole week but on sundays is like my cheat day, I'll relax and I wont workout, I would eat maybe some frencg fries but not excessively.

TIP N°2: Create new recipies. I love cooking, specially salads, because I love them and they are very qouickly and easy to do. Maybe you can scroll through pinterest, through the healthy recipies collection and you'll be interested on some and you'll want to make them, taste them, I personally did that and I founded my favorite salads. I actually posted some weeks ago about healthy recipies so if you are interested feel free to check it out!

TIP N°3: What I loved doing (but now I'm to lazy to do it) was taking progess pics,

that means in day one or week one take a picture with your phone and save it in a special folder, in week or day two take anotherone, and do that constantly until some months passed and you can see how you body changed throughout this prosses. You'll see how proud you are and you'll want to keep doing that to feel and look better. That way you will stay motivated.

TIP N°4: DRINK WATER!!!!!!!!! I drink more than 3 liters of water per day and I defenetly saw changes in how I felt and as the time passed I also so changes in my health, sking, hair, etc. I was searching and invastigating things about what water do to your body, the advantages and I took the things I considered most important and pasted (If you want more advantages

check out this page I fonded https://greatist.com/health/health-benefits-water );

1. It could aid weight loss. Anyone looking to lose weight could be helped by upping their water intake. Studies have found that when participants drink water before a meal, they lose weight faster than those who did not drink water . Extra H2O helps us eat less by making us feel full, and it may also boost metabolism. CamelBak hydration advisor Kate Geagan, RD says it’s not uncommon to put on weight by mistaking thirst for hunger, and she offers this pro tip: Next time you feel fatigued or sluggish, “drinking water may be just what [you] need to perk up.”

2. It powers our warm-weather exercise. With the proper precautions, working out in the heat is usually fine—and staying hydrated is one of the most important things you can do. The hotter the workout, the sweatier we tend to get, so it’s extra important to replace those lost fluids. Determining sweat rateinforms good rehydration strategy: “Once an athlete [knows his or her] sweat rate, they can begin to practice replacing these fluid losses in training and be optimally prepared for [athletic exertion],” says Casa.

3. It keeps things moving, digestion-wise. Water helps us, you know, go by helping dissolve fats and soluble fiber. Drinking enough water prevents constipation and also reduces the burden on the kidneys and liver by helping to flush waste products. Geagan breaks it down: “In the large intestine, water binds with fiber to increase the bulk of the stools, reduce transit time and make elimination easier. When you don't drink enough water and fluids, the colon pulls water from stools, increasing your risk of constipation.”

4. It helps us think more clearly. Dehydration causes shrinkage of brain tissue. So when we haven’t been drinking enough water, our brains have to work a lot harder to perform at the same level . One study even found that students who brought water to tests did better on their exams.

5. It might protect against some types of cancer. Research has found that the greater the fluid intake, the lower the incidence of bladder cancer, with more significant results when the fluid is water . One possible reason could be that urinating more frequently prevents the buildup of bladder carcinogens. Staying hydrated may also reduce the risk of colon cancer and breast cancer
