WHAT I EAT IN A DAY!

Well, I decided to make this post because is something that i love to read or watch videos about. It teaches me new recipies to try, which I love makeing and sharing with my family. If you are interested on what I normally eat on a normal day keep on reading;

Firstly for breakfast I wil have overnight oeats. Basicly to make this recipies you will need;

  • 1/2 cup of oats

  • 1,5/3 cup of milk, if you want to make it vegan you can put almond milk instead.

  • 1,5 teaspoon of honey, which is a natural sweetener which is way better than putting sugar.

And thats it, you leave it in the refrigirator while you are sleeping for the oeats to absorve the mild and when you get up you wash a cut some friuts and you put them on the overnight oats. I like to put half a banana, some blueberries and some cherries. Then it will look something like this;

At midday I would usually eat something more healthy and that doesn't full you that muh because the breakfast already filled me, so I would usually eat a little salad. Today I eat a Capresse salad; Tomatos, boconccini cheese, and a little of basil for it to have more flavour. It looked like this;

In between meals I will have some snacks like for example fruits, my favorite are the bananas, the red apples, blueberries, and strawberries. Today I had a banana and an apple.

Lastly for dinner I will have something small because with the snacks I previously had I will be full so I would have an avocado toast, but when I dont have time to have a snack I would something that would fill me up more like a sandwich or fish, my personally favorite fish is defenetly the salmon or the trout.
