BLOGMAS DAY 22 - HEALTHY WAFFLES RECIPIE

Can you belive it? There are just 5 days till Christmas!! We are already on Blogmas Day 20! Today at 4 pm aprox I got inpired, A.K.A I got hungry, and when I get hungry and I want to eat I love trying new recipies. Well today I'm bringing you guys a "Healthy Waffle Recipie". I love how this waffles turn out tasting, they are delicious and HEATHY! So let's get started;

Why Is This Recipie Healthy?

Well firsly this waffle recipie doesn't have flour in it, the flour's grain flours contains enzyme inhibiters such as phytic acid. These enzyme inhibiters are anti-nutrients that make it harder for us to absorb vitamins and minerals from the foods that we eat ( which will make you swell. As this recipie doesn't have flour it will prevent all this things mentioned that aren't good or healthy to your body.

Then we have two eggs. One egg contains about 15% of your RDA of vitamin B2, also called riboflavin. It's just one of eight B vitamins, which all help the body to convert food into fuel, which in turn is used to produce energy.

We also have oats which contain insoluble fiber, a nutrient that helps prevent constipation. Insoluble fiber in your food works with the water in your digestive tract to add bulk to and soften your stool to facilitate regular bowel movements.

We also have cinnamon that will add some flavour to the final waffle, it doesn't only do that if not it also replaces sugar which it's not good for you body, because if you consume too much sugar your body isn't able to control your blood sugar levels as well, which can lead to type 2 diabetes. If you are interested on seeing ays to substitude sugar in you daily food you can check out my previous appload ( Blogmas Day 19) which will help you a lot with that.

And last but not least we have the banana, these can be helpful in overcoming depression. Plus, the banana contains vitamin B6 that help you sleep well, helps to relax muscles.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 Banana

Indications/Method:

  1. Place the 1/2 cup of oats and the two eggs in the blender and blen them until you see that they are fully incorporated.
